System 1200 Tonnage Monitor

System 1200 Tonnage Monitor is designed to protect your machine from dangerous over tonnage conditions as well as protecting dies, assessing tool wear and crontrol part quality. The primary purpose is to measure and display the force being applied to the frame of a mechanical, hydraulic, or servo press. The force applied during the working portion of the stroke is compared with allowable limits based on the capacity of the machine and correct operation of the die and material being used. Present tonnage readings, status messages and present tonnage limits can be examined or programmed through the operator interface.
